Our stress products are made from polyurethane (PU) which starts off in liquid form and is then poured into moulds of two halves. The filled moulds are then heated to "set" the PU and once cool, are removed from the moulds to be finished. This involves trimming, spraying and applying the print. Solid colours are pad printed whilst full colour logos are usually transfer printed. All items are finally quality checked and individually polybagged.

We pride ourselves on the quality control of our goods. Nothing leaves our factory unless it is finished to an extremely high standard. However, due to the nature of the PU in that the density of each one can differ, it would be unreasonable not to allow for slight imperfections in the consistency of the imprint. Occasionally a certain amount of distortion is unavoidable, but you can rest assured that we endeavour to prevent this as much as possible.  It is not possible to  guarantee the print life of the ball itself or the imprinted information.
